Ready-to-ship pieces are fully finished and available exactly as listed.

MADE TO ORDER POLICIES
Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually for each order in your selected metal, size, and stone specifications. Because these items are part of our permanent collection and can be restocked, made-to-order pieces may be returned for store credit under the following conditions:

Must not be engraved, altered, customized, or modified from the standard collection design

Refund Method
Approved returns will receive store credit only, issued after inspection.
No refunds to original payment methods are offered for made-to-order items.
Not Eligible
Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned if they show signs of wear, damage, resizing, or customization.
If you would like to get an idea of how the jewelry will look on you before purchase, I can ship you a 3D printed model of the exact piece for you to review. This price for this service is $50 and I will credit this towards your final purchase via a coupon code.
SEMI-CUSTOM POLICIES
Semi-custom pieces involve customer-selected design variations, stone choices, or modifications to one of our collection designs. These pieces are created uniquely for you and cannot be resold.
For this reason, all semi-custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.
You will receive renderings to approve design changes before production begins. You can cancel the order for any reason at any time as long as the final approval has not been given. Once the design is approved, you have 24 hours to cancel.
You also have the option to view the 3D printed model before you give the final approval. This will add 2 business day plus shipping time.
CUSTOM DESIGN POLICIES
Custom pieces are uniquely created just for you—designed from scratch, crafted to your specifications, and often made around stones sourced or selected specifically for your project. For this reason, all custom designs are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production begins.
We go to great lengths to ensure you love your design before anything is made in metal. You will receive photo-realistic renderings to review and approve, as well as a 3D-printed model of the exact piece prior to fabrication. You’ll have the opportunity to request adjustments until the design is exactly what you want.
A $250 design fee is required to begin custom design work. This fee is non-refundable if the order is canceled but will be credited toward the final price of your project if you proceed with the piece.
By moving forward with a custom design, you agree to these terms and understand that the finished piece will be crafted exactly according to the renderings and model you approve.
