Custom Jewelry Design

Sometimes the piece you’re dreaming of isn’t in the display case. We design custom jewelry and engagement rings for ideas that don’t fit into standard categories, including unconventional stones, deeply personal concepts, heirloom redesigns, and designs that don’t look like anything you’ve seen before. If your idea starts with “this might be weird,” you’re probably in the right place.

Whether that means sourcing a natural or lab-grown diamond, selecting a Montana sapphire, or building something entirely unexpected, we offer in-person and virtual consultations for clients local to Ambler, PA and beyond.

Design & Model Review

Next, we create a CAD rendering of your design for you to review. This stage includes up to two rounds of revisions so we can refine proportions, details, and overall feel before your piece moves into production.

Once your design is approved, your piece moves into production and is brought to life with meticulous attention to detail. After final inspection in our studio, it is carefully prepared for delivery or pickup.

FAQ

Here are answers to our most common custom design questions

Most custom projects take approximately 5 to 8 weeks from your initial consultation to delivery. Timing can vary based on design complexity, revision rounds, and current production volume. If you are working toward a specific date, let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Because every piece is designed from scratch, pricing varies based on materials, stone selection, and complexity. As a general guideline: Custom engagement rings typically begin around $3,000 using lab-grown diamonds, with natural diamond projects starting higher. Custom bands, pendants, and redesign projects often begin at a lower price point, depending on materials and whether heirloom stones are used. We will provide a detailed quote after your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
Our studio is based in the Ambler area of Pennsylvania, and we work with clients both locally and nationwide. Consultations can be held in person or virtually, making it easy to collaborate no matter where you are located.
Yes. We work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as sapphires and other gemstones, and we are happy to help you compare options.
Absolutely. We are happy to work with your heirloom diamonds, gemstones, or existing jewelry and thoughtfully re-imagine them into something new while preserving their history and meaning, as long as the stones are in good condition and suitable for resetting. We will assess each piece during your consultation to ensure it can be safely used in a new design.
Your project includes up to two rounds of design revisions to refine your piece. Additional revisions are available for a design fee.
The design consultation is free, but a non-refundable design deposit is required to begin your custom project. This deposit is applied toward the final balance once your design is approved.
If you are working toward a specific date, expedited production may be available depending on design complexity and current studio volume. Rush service requires an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Because each custom piece is created specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. We go to great lengths during the design and approval process to ensure every detail is just right before anything is made in metal. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
